I have taken my dog to the dog park since she was a puppy, She loves it, but these parks are not without risks, A Dobbie puppy was killed by in the dog park near me by a pittie recently.(Take puppies to the small dog park for as long as possible. ) My lab was also attacked by another pit fighting breed dog, Took three men and five minutes to free my lab. Resulted in a vet visit. Attack happened with no warning Call it discrimination, but I am quicker to leave the park now. If I get a bad vibe from a fighting breed dog or mix. We leave ASAP.
